Nearly 80% of semiconductor suppliers to European firms are based outside the EU

Supply chain data shows that EU semiconductor companies largely depend on non-EU suppliers and customers. In addition, 37% of EU firms customers are in the EU. The US, Taiwan, China, South Korea, and Japan are the main non-EU suppliers to European firms in semiconductors.
