Origin and Mission

Founded in 2015, Blumorpho builds on the success of the COWIN program, which demonstrated that an ecosystem approach to open innovation accelerates technology adoption, reduces strategic risks, and unlocks investment. Our mission remains clear: to create the optimal conditions for innovation to generate sustainable impact by combining market insight, technological differentiation, and access to funding.

We generate deal flow from scouting, evaluation and pre-selection for our partners. We generate the good conditions for long-term collaborations and attractive investment. – Founder & Chief Executive Officer –

Entrepreneur and venture builder, Géraldine is a biologist by training with over 20 years of experience at the crossroads of semiconductors, data, health, and climate innovation. She has deep expertise in designing and implementing value chain strategies to accelerate technology adoption. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with leading corporates, pioneering start-ups, and international investors to foster impactful innovation ecosystems.

With his insatiable scientific curiosity and his ability to turn challenges into opportunities, Regis has developed unique know how to generate business and technical differentiation.

Open-minded and creative, Regis is a recognized problem solver. Entrepreneur with PhD in material engineering, his work is generating IP and know-how.

2015: The Beginning

When BLUMORPHO was founded, our mission was to promote a portfolio of technologies and innovation to generate corporate collaboration and investment opportunities. So we faced many challenges we believe you know as well including:

    • Meeting with the right corporates able to see the value behind your solution and beyond the limits of their own short term activity;
    • Staying stuck in the long series of “really interesting solution” meetings without closing the deal;
    • The “Non Invented Here syndrome” while meeting with corporates interested in your solution but not in a collaboration;
    • The need to bring another partner into the deal to address specific challenges whether it concerns industrialization, validation etc…
    • The time and resources needed in business development.
