Blumorpho is a deeptech innovation and investment intelligence firm, founded in 2015 and building on an investor and expert network active since 2008. We help corporates and public institutions identify, validate and finance strategic innovation opportunities in semiconductors, critical infrastructures, and port cities & blue economy.
Deeptech is a powerful driver of value creation, industrial transformation and sustainability when the right conditions are in place. These conditions lie at the intersection of technology readiness, value-chain alignment, market adoption and access to capital. Since its creation, Blumorpho has positioned itself precisely at this intersection, working closely with corporates, investors, innovators and public institutions to identify early the constraints, alignments and levers that determine whether a deeptech initiative can realistically succeed.

Since 2018, companies supported through our approach have raised more than €1.4 billion in financing. Our work spans corporates, investors and public institutions across our core sectors:
- Semiconductors & advanced computing. We coordinate parts of the European Chips ecosystem (aCCCess, Pack4EU) and run the Chips Venture Forum. We have worked with industrial leaders including Bosch, TRUMPF and Pfeiffer on innovation and investment decision structuring.
- Port cities & blue economy. Through our partnership with AIVP, the worldwide network of 139+ port cities, and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, we help port cities and territories structure bankable projects and scale the blue economy, via our Financing Maritime Innovation (FMI) programme.
- Critical infrastructures. We apply the same investor-grade approach to energy, water, resource optimisation, security and health-related critical systems.
