Case – Strategic repositioning and validation of a deeptech spin-off

Decision context

A spin-off project based on breath-based metabolomics and sensing technologies originally developed by Alpha MOS required validation of its strategic and investment relevance.

Our contribution

We defined a robust strategy to position the underlying technology, assess its market and application potential, and validated the relevance and credibility of creating a spin-off from both an industrial and investment perspective.
