The High Sea represents 95% of our Ocean’s volume. But due to its geopolitical complexity, the subject is critical to regulate. Yet, the imperative for biodiversity, and equitable sharing of ocean resources has never been more pressing. This is a new step towards ocean preservation and inclusivity.
