Collective Intelligence Ecosystems

Connecting innovation, industry, capital and public stakeholders

Blumorpho designs and leads strategic collective initiatives bringing together innovators, corporates, investors and public stakeholders to address shared strategic challenges.

These initiatives focus on selected deeptech domains or verticals offering strong market growth and long-term value creation potential.

What this action addresses

This action is designed to:

BLM Action 37

Build targeted opportunity pipelines reflecting precise technological, business and market objectives

BLM Action 38

Reduce dispersion by focusing only on validated, differentiated and decision-relevant opportunities

BLM Action 36

Move from broad exploration to actionable shortlists supporting engagement, collaboration or investment.

These initiatives are designed to accelerate understanding of complex market, technology, industrial and investment dynamics, while reinforcing leadership through active contribution.

They create a shared frame of reference that enables alignment, strategic collaboration and investment pathways across ecosystems.

How we work

Our work is structured around a few core building blocks:

  • Selection of relevant use cases
We identify concrete use cases where collaboration, innovation adoption or investment is at stake. These may focus on specific technologies, product concepts or applications selected for their strategic relevance.
  • Focused interaction formats
We design high-level discussions, expert juries, workshops and curated one-to-one meetings.
  • Structuring interactions over time
Initiatives are designed to operate over time, allowing participants to test assumptions, refine positioning and progressively move towards collaboration or investment.
  • High-level, time-efficient gatherings
Each year, we organise one-day, high-impact gatherings designed to concentrate discussions and accelerate alignment among participants.

Our uniqueness

Blumorpho enables participants to confront their technologies, positioning and ambitions with the expectations of strategic and financial partners.

Interactions are designed in a human-centric and highly curated format, facilitating meaningful introductions and high-quality discussions that can lead to concrete collaboration.

Hosting and supporting collective intelligence initiatives

Hosting or supporting a collective initiative is a way to exercise leadership through contribution, rather than promotion.

Case examples

Below are representative examples of projects delivered under this line of action.

Case – INPHO Venture Summit — What’s next to invest in deeptech

Decision context

Early-stage deeptech investors play a critical role in identifying opportunities early enough to build competitive returns, yet they remain limited in number and investment capacity, particularly in hardware-intensive fields.

Our contribution

Blumorpho designed INPHO Venture as a collective initiative by and for early-stage deeptech investors, structured around a central question: What’s next to invest in deeptech?

INPHO Venture brings together leading private investors to:

  • share forward-looking analyses,
  • confront investment theses,
  • detect emerging investment and co-investment opportunities at an early stage.

INPHO Venture Summit is organised in collaboration with Alpha-RLH and CEA, with the support of Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Bordeaux Métropole and the CCI de Bordeaux.

Outcome

  • A unique international network of early-stage deeptech investors actively sharing analyses and investment perspectives
  • Identification of emerging investment opportunities and co-investment dynamics
  • Increased interest from LPs in early-stage deeptech investment
  • INPHO Venture Summit  recognized as “the best deeptech investment forum” by Eric Benhamou, founder of BGV, and established as a biennial rendezvous for deeptech investors
  • Contribution to Bordeaux and Nouvelle-Aquitaine’s visibility as a leading deeptech investment and industrialisation hub

The initiative is developed in partnership with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and AIVP, the International Association of Ports & Cities

Outcome

  • Creation of a trusted space for dialogue between public and private stakeholders across the maritime ecosystem
  • Identification of collaboration and investment pathways supporting climate-resilient port-city transformation
  • Annual high-level gathering positioning maritime decarbonisation and port-city transition as strategic investment topics

In 2025, the initiative took place in Monaco during UNOC, in preparation for the Blue Economy Finance Forum.
