The Future of Mobility and Urban Living
BLUMORPHO and Bosch Group collaborate on the future of mobility and urban living
The future of mobility and urban living is a major issue that companies need to focus on today to plan tomorrow. Indeed, in 2050 almost 6 billion people will live in an urban area. The growth of the population will multiply the number of transportation modes and housing in the cities. To fulfill the increasing need for transportation mode and housing the offer has to change. Besides, the environmental crisis makes necessary to use cleaner alternative to fossil energies and pollutant activities within the cities.
Robert Bosch Venture Capital understands these issues that are the reason why they collaborate closely with BLUMORPHO. They collaborate on the future of mobility and urban living. This partnership’s purpose was to engage investments and business associations between start-ups and the Bosch Group.
Robert Bosch Venture Capital invited 12 promising start-ups in Stuttgart, Germany on July, 16th and 17th 2019. The start-ups presented their innovative solutions and business models in front of high-level decision-makers from various business units of the Bosch Group. In the end, Cyclofix was awarded as the best start-up based on the audience’s votes. The Paris based company provides an on-demand maintenance service platform for micro-mobility. BLUMORPHO helped us as a collaboration partner to identify and to select 15 outstanding companies out of over 140 applications to our Bosch Venture Forum in 2018. This, of course, was only possible by utilizing their great industry network and a Blumorpho team which supported us to perfectly organize and execute an amazing event. We already closed an investment round in Syntiant, one of the invited companies and we are still in DueDilligence of another selected company which we couldn’t disclose yet.
