Sensor-Signature

During an operation, lasting a few seconds, a physical sensor acquires a set of raw data which is defined as the “signature” of the operation. The beginning and the end of the operation are known or easily detected. The objective is, for each operation, to deliver an information on the success or failure of the operation. When the operation is considered as non-optimal, a classification of the signature must support the operator indicating a corrective action. The sensor signal can be dampened or the speed of the operation can vary into known ranges inducing variability in the signatures. A qualified database of signatures is available.

We are looking for a partner to develop an algorithm capable to analyse and classify the signature of the operation with a succesful/anomalous first level of information, and classify the anomalies among five major sources of failures.
