Job vacancy:   SBusiness Innovation Manager Internship – leading to permanent contract  –  Location: Paris 8 (possibility to work from home) 

About BLUMORPHO 

BLUMORPHO is the innovation partner of corporates to help the emergence of new solutions and new business models. Very active at a European level, BLUMORPHO offers internships of 3 to 6 months. Those internships act as training periods to our activities, methodologies and tools, and can lead to permanent contracts at the end of the period.  

BLUMORPHO is looking for candidates strongly interested in Innovation, you wish to collaborate with Corporates to detect & set up solutions answering economic and societal challenges from today to tomorrow. 

Your Duties and Responsibilities 

You would be contributing to the elaboration of new collaborations benefitting the development of innovations bringing positive impact within an ecosystem of start-ups, investors, industrials, and research organizations.  

In the frame of the internship, you would:  

• Analyse market trends on various vertical businesses  
• Detect opportunities for new value propositions through marketing analysis 
• Analyse technical differenciations for innovative solutions  
• Interact with start-ups and help with their activities in business development and fundraising 
• Develop abilities in communication & digital marketing 
• Develop a sectorial expertise  
• Be trained to different tools used in the frame of BLUMORPHO’s activities (CRM, digital platforms, networking platforms, social medias…) 
• Join European consortia to work on the emergence of innovative solutions  
• Join a multidisciplinary team motivated to tackle tomorrow’s challenges  

Your Skills 

Personnal development of the team members is a cruscial value to BLUMORPHO. We wish to target candidates who would be able to express:  

• Their expectations & motivations  

• Their activities showing their strong interests for the elements mentioned in the above list 
• Their level of interest for our different areas of activity, as per example: data, AI, semiconductor, microelectronics, chemistry, energy, decarbonization, industry, mobility, blue economy, sustainability… 

We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and redacting skills, in both French & English.
